University of Technology Admission Process

• Fill the online form - ERP of the student. Upload the required documents (scanned originals). Note down the ERP number for future reference.
• Download ERP Form / Fill Offline Admission Form. Make a proper set of self-attested admit card for the course along with self-attested necessary documents. Mention the ERP number. On the top of the admit card and on the back side of all documents
• Pay the Fee Through Online Payment Gateway or Bank Challan.
• Submit the admit card to the admission office along with the documents (self attested documents, migration, undertaking and other course specific documents) and fee payment details.

Note: Enrollment cannot be processed unless the requisite form, documents and fee details are submitted to the University office.

• An online ERP number will be displayed, once you have successfully submitted the online form.
• Quote this ERP number on any communication with us.
• Please keep the scanned copies of color photograph, signature, Aadhar card and academic mark sheet of the candidate for uploading.
• The candidate's mobile number and/or email ID may be verified for the enrollment process.
• The photograph and documents of the candidate have to be uploaded as per the standards mentioned in the attached annexures

University of Technology PhD Admission

The University of Technology will, on an annual basis, decide the maximum number of candidates for admission to the programme, which will be announced in advance in a notification and on the website. PHD Admission to the program will be done twice a year, preferably at the beginning of each semester. Candidates who have secured at least 55% marks for General and OBC category and 50% marks for SC/ST category for Master's degree in concerned/allied/relevant subjects will be required to appear in the written examination conducted by the University. Will have to be involved. The interview is to be conducted by the concerned department.
