TANCET (Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test) is an
admissions test held in Tamil Nadu institutions to fill PG seats in various
programmes. Anna University administers the state-level admission test for a
variety of postgraduate programmes, including MTech/ MArch/ MPlan/ ME, MBA, and
MCA. TANCET results are accepted for admission to more than 200 institutions in
Tamil Nadu. Every year, around 40,000 MBA hopefuls take the TANCET to vie for
over 15,000 seats granted by various Tamil Nadu universities. TANCET is an
offline test that consists of 100 objective type questions that must be solved
in two hours. TANCET is administered by the Tamil Nadu Department of Technical
Education for eligible applicants seeking MBA admission.

Eligibility
Criteria:
Each student taking the test must have finished a
bachelor's degree (minimum three-year programme) with a cumulative grade point
average of at least 50%. To be eligible for TANCET, a student from the reserved
category must have received at least 45 percent of the marks.
The TANCET 2022 test is not open to candidates who have
finished their studies through lateral entry. There is an exemption, however,
for M.Tech and MCA programmes. Aspirants who completed their B.E. or B.Tech
through online education or on the weekend are not eligible to take the TANCET
test. According to the TANCET, test-takers who have earned their degree without
attending 10th or 12th-grade forms of schooling are not eligible to sit the
exam.

Application Fee 2022:
· The application fee can be paid with a credit card, debit card, or through net banking.
· Applicants in the General Category must pay INR 600, while candidates with reservations must pay INR 300.

Approximately 69 percent of total seats will be

TANCET solution keys 2022 may be released by Anna
University, although the answer key for the TANCET test is not released
