NCHMCT JEE (National Council for Hotel Management
and Catering Technology Joint Entrance Test) is a national level hospitality
entrance exam for admission to BSc programmes in hotel management and catering
technology (Hospitality & Hotel Administration). The test is administered
by NTA on behalf of the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering
Technology once a year (NCHMCT). NCHMCT, in collaboration with the Indira
Gandhi National Open University, offers a three-year BSc (HHA) programme
(IGNOU). All participating institutes recognise the NCHM JEE score for
admission to the BSc (HHA) programmes provided by their respective
universities.The Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) accepts NCHMCT JEE marks
for admission. NCHMCT is linked with around 21 central IHMs, 25 state IHMs, 1
PSU IHM, and 27 private IHMs.

Eligibility
Criteri
The NCHMCT JEE 2022 qualifying requirements are 10+2 with
English as a required subject. The following are the exam's detailed criteri
· Candidates must be at least 18 years old to be considered. The age restriction varies by category, as shown below:
· Candidates born on or after July 1, 1996 are eligible for the General, General (EWS), and OBC categories. The upper age restriction for the General, General (EWS), and OBC categories is 25 years as of July 1, 2022, i.e., candidates born on or after July 1, 1996 are eligible.
· SC, ST, and physically challenged applicants must be 25 years old as of July 1, 2022, i.e., they must have been born on or after July 1, 1994.
· Candidates do not required to achieve a certain level of proficiency in their qualifying exam. They must, however, meet the following requirements:
· Must have passed or be scheduled to appear in 10+2.
· English should be a required topic.

Application
Form 2022:
· The application form will be made available online. Any kind of offline mode will be ignored.
· Candidates can begin filling out their applications in February 2022.
· Candidates must carefully fill out all requested information, including personal, academic, communication, and other facts.
· Upload papers in the specified format, including a passport-size photograph and signature.
· Fill out the application form completely, since no changes may be made once it has been submitted.
· The application form will be available until May 2022.

2022: What’s New?
NCHMCT JEE is a computer-based exam administered by the
National Testing Agency (NTA). The NCHMCT JEE 2022 examination will take place
in the first week of August 2022, and the application form and information
brochure will be available in the first week of February 2022.
Exam
Pattern:
The NCHMCT JEE 2022 test pattern may be seen below. The exam
is conducted entirely online. Here are some key points regarding the exam
format:
· The exam will be given in a CBT (computer-based testing) format.
· There are 200 questions in all.
· The exam will last 3 hours.
· Scheme of marking: Each question is worth four points, with one point subtracted for each incorrect attempt.

password to view the NCHM JEE answer key. Candidates can use the answer key to

Test
Comparison:
Both the NCHM JEE and the NCHMCT Jee are the same test. There
is no distinction between the two. NTA administers the NCHM JEE, or National
Council of Hotel Management Joint Entrance Examination, for admission to the
BSc Hospitality and Hotel Administration programme. Candidates who pass the
NCHMCT JEE will be contacted for counselling and seat assignments. Three rounds
of counselling will be held. Candidates must select colleges from which to
enrol. They will be shortlisted and seats will be assigned to them based on
their admission exam rank. As a result, applicants with better marks will be
placed higher.
