will publish the JEE Main 2022 cutoff. The JEE Main cutoff is the minimal
percentile score that applicants must get in order to be considered for JEE
Advanced. For each category, the JEE Main cutoff will be different.
Candidates should be aware that there are no minimum marks or
cutoffs required to pass the JEE Main test. The All India Rank is determined by
a candidate's JEE Main score, and admission to NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs is solely
dependent on the All India Rank. The JEE Main cutoff is exclusively for those
who wish to compete in JEE Advanced.

Comparison:
The JEE Main Paper is divided into two parts: Paper 1 and
Paper 2. The online (Computer Based Examination) technique is used for Paper 1

(pen and paper) format.
The JEE Advanced Exam is divided into two parts: Paper 1 and
Paper 2. Only the online (Computer Based Examination) technique is used for the
JEE Advanced test. For admission to engineering programmes, students must take
both the Paper 1 and Paper 2 exams. Students who want to enrol in the B.Arch
programme at one of the IITs must first pass Papers 1 and 2 and then apply for
the Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT). The seven zonal IITs administer the AAT.
